No fresh water was discovered around the shores of the bay, nor was there any wood large enough for fuel, near than the brow of a hill two or three miles off...Fowlers Bay, however, may be useful to a ship in want of a place of shelter" (Flinders, 1802).

About Us
Rod and Simone Keogh, and their baby daughter Mya, are the proud owners of the Fowlers Bay Eco Park.
Originally from WA, they decided to buy the caravan park and make the permanent move to Fowlers Bay in October 2010, when Mya was just 6 weeks old - after all - could there possibly be a better place to raise your kids??
Having both spent their lives on the ocean - Simone sailing yachts from a young age and spending 6 years in the Navy, and Rods surfing and windsurfing also starting as a young lad, his years of experience in his parents Charter boat in Baird Bay, followed by his career as an offshore diver - its was evident that they would be drawn to a place like this.
After discovering that the Southern Right Whales make Fowlers Bay their home during winters...it wasn't long before the first official season of the Whale Watching Charters were underway!
This beautiful bay has won a special place in this young family's hearts - and their dream is to share the beauty and magic of everything that it has to offer with you!
